Sarah Chalke

Sarah Chalke was born in Ottawa, Ontario Canada on 27 August 1976. Angie Chalke is her mother and Doug Chalke are her father. She is the middle child, having one older sister Natasha Chalke, and one younger, Piper Chalke. Sarah began her acting career in the film City Boy (1992), produced for television. After her first film she auditioned for the role of Becky on Roseanne (1988) in 1993. Following the time that Alicia Goranson left the show to go to college The show was looking for someone to replace her. Sarah graduated from highschool in 1995 and was involved in the production of Roseanne (1988) between 1994 and 1995. In 1994, Sarah starred alongside Jim Varney in Ernest Goes to School (1994). Then, in 1996, she was in two films, including Robin of Locksley (1996) as well as Stand Against Fear (1996) where she played a cheerleadernamed "Krista Wilson". Sarah was also invited to star in a TV show called Nothing Too Good for a Cowboy (1998), one year after Roseanne (1988).
