Natalie Dormer was born on 11 February 1982. She is an English actress. Her honors include an Empire Award, nominations for Critics' Choice Awards and two Gemini Awards, and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Dormer was born in Reading, Berkshire. She was known in the role of Anne Boleyn, a role she played on the Showtime series The Tudors (2008), which earned her widespread acclaim. She made her stage debut in the musical Sweet Nothings (2010). In Madonna's W.E., she played the character of the Duchess, as well as York. (2011) as well as Private Lorraine in Captain America: The First Avenger (2011). Her performance in After Miss Julie (2012) at the Young Vic was praised.
